The Training Kits are approved for (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. *	The Training Kits and eWorkbooks qualify as PDUs equal to the number of hours it takes to complete them under the PMI Credential Maintenance program, category 2-SDL.
